comments At its 104'~ Meeting on 20 December 2007, Council among other things, decided to endorse the Second and 'Third Supplementary Agreements to the Ouagadougou Political Agreement signed on 28 November 2007 by President Laurent Gbagbo and the Secretary General of the New Forces, Guillaume Soro, under the auspices of President Blaise Compaore, Facilitator of the Direct Dialogue, on behalf of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS); and invited the United Nations Security Council to also endorse the two Agreements.
