comments The Commission of the African Union (AU) will convene, in Addis Ababa, on 17 September 2013 an experts’ meeting on the theme: Children Affected by Armed conflict – From Resolution to Action. Various experts will make presentations on and discuss how they can learn from, and contribute to initiatives targeting children affected by armed conflict. A series of practical exercises will allow for in-depth understanding of these concepts. The Concept Note is herewith attached.
